Working on behalf of Villanze Properties limited, MCS was appointed to carry out the re-construction of 131-135 Earls Court Road, London.
Working in collaboration with the multidisciplinary practice, Gilchrist Briggs Partnership (now part of Cumming Group EMEA consultancy), the works included the major infill development comprising 4 storeys above ground with basement, retail unit to ground floor and offices and flats to upper floors.
The site was located on a red route with severe access restrictions. A tower crane was used to erect the concrete frame which had to be built in conjunction with the removal of flying shores propping the adjacent buildings.
Today the ground floor of 131-135 Earls Court Road serves as Lebanese restaurant Maroush.
