In 1998 working on behalf a private client and in collaboration with The Brunton Boobyer Partnership Ltd and Davies Knight & Partners, MCS was appointed to construct a two-storey commercial building to provide a comprehensive car servicing facility on the ground floor and office accommodation on the first floor.
The new facility was ideally situated on the busy A20 (Loampit Vale) in Lewisham, SE13.
