#Throwbackthursday - 1993 - RSPCA Millbrook Animal Centre
MCS was appointed by the RSPCA to construct their new permanent cattery unit in Chobham, Surrey.
The new building was constructed with reinforced concrete oversite and upstands in fair face concrete to receive the steel framed structure and all the purpose made galvanised steel cattery units.
The structure provided the cats with the latest design comforts of optional inside or outside living with full heating and insulation. The building also provided a staff area for food preparation and a quarantine/containment unit for sick felines. All areas were designed for easy management and cleaning.
