MCS has always recognised the importance of training its staff not only for their personal development but also to maintain its strict standards of health & safety and its commitment to the Investors in People philosophy. This philosophy is very much in line with the Investors in People standard which is the prestigious national benchmark of good practice around the development of people to achieve organisational aims.

Since our inception MCS have been active members of the CITB and Guildford and District Training Board and have an active Apprenticeship programme. Currently we have four apprentices training with us from various trades backgrounds to a trainee Site Manager.
