In addition to new build, MCS have a wide breadth of specialist refurbishment experience across a range of building projects. Some projects require a detailed combination of both requiring us to use our expertise to plan the programme to enable both parts of the construction brief to run smoothly and without interference to the main workings of the establishment we are working in. Our experienced site managers and team are always aware of the needs of the clients in this respect and health and safety plays a key role whatever the requirement.

We have completed specialist refurbishment and building projects in a multitude of areas including schools, offices, residential housing, hospitals, churches among others.
