Private houses are perhaps the most emotive type of building work. The client has a vision and it is our job to turn that vision into a reality.

Whether it be a modern building or a listed building, MCS has a developed range of traditional skills and a thorough knowledge of good building practice together with the commitment to quality of finish, which assures each client a house to be proud of.

Our experience in this area is probably at its most diverse with projects ranging from traditional restorative works on Listed Manor Houses, exclusive Townhouses, Barns and Farmhouses for private clients through to National Trust property restoration and new build of affordable housing for Housing Association Trusts. Our largest single project is a recent project in Bagshot to build a 14 bedroom, 14 bathroom house to be used as a guest house in the grounds of the main residence.
