MCS have developed comprehensive experience in this area with multi-discipline works covering major rebuild and refurbishment of hospital wings to Health Centres and specialist Community Centres for people with learning disabilities.

These projects have all required specialist knowledge and installations have included Operating Theatres to Gymnasiums and Swimming Pools used for rehabilitation and physiotherapy purposes and also soundproofed treatment rooms essentially used for Speech Therapy.

Our major extension work at the White Lodge Centre in Chertsey had to be carried out sensitively in occupied premises and also included the Centre for Living which houses a computer education centre. This latter project was carried out as a negotiated contract while on site.
