Working in both the public and independent education systems, MCS have now completed over 120 school building projects.

This includes multi phased developments, new classroom blocks, nursery units, music schools, sports halls and changing facilities, swimming pools, classroom extensions and major laboratory refurbishments. These projects are not only carried out in schools, but also in pre-schools, universities and colleges.

Smaller contracts can be fitted into school holiday times where fast-track systems can be implemented and rapid progress monitored to achieve critical dates. However where larger projects have to be carried out across several months, a high degree of technical ability, supervision and careful programming is essential to ensure special consideration is given to pupils, teaching staff and parents in order to minimise disruption and maximise safety issues.
